Mam Kumba Touray - MKT FCCA, MSc
Managing Partner
Mam Kumba has been the backbone of Change P.S from the very beginning. She is an outstanding and seasoned professional with over 15 years experience working in public practice. Her experience spans across different sectors including Financial Institutions, Insurance, Public sector, Hospitality, Telecommunication, Energy and Consumer businesses. As a Financial Management Specialist, she has extensive experience working with International NGOs on strategic financial management and organisational transformation just to name a few.
Mam kumba is a Deloitte alum; where she spent a greater part of her career at. Her eye for detail and dedication to duty propelled her to very high positions with the firm and led so many big audits in the country and the region. Her experience in external audit and strategic financial management makes her an all rounder and great professional to seek.
When she is not working, she is mentoring or planning for her next family adventure, cooking or being a mother and wife.

Nenneh Max Ndiaye - FCCA
Limited Partner
Nenneh Max is an integral part of our team who has been with us since the beginning. She is an expert at answering even the most complex accounting questions. She is also a risk management specialist with a proven track record of delivering highly effective governance, audit and risk strategies; with key focus on client experience, effecting change with a growth mindset and identifying efficiencies.
Nenneh Max had her humble beginning with Deloitte where she had a very remarkable career growth and progression including serving as the firm's EQCR manager. She very quickly built a strong client base and became a valuable resource to the firm until her departure into industry. She is very tact in dealing with difficult situations and questions and a great resource for Change P.S.
She has a very solid experience in both internal and external audit and also sits on the boards of some of the most powerful institutions in the country.
Beside of work, she is diligently being a mother, a wife and enjoying the simple things of life.
Bakary B. Sanneh [B.B] - ACCA, CPA, CGA
Partner
As a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, Bakary has been meeting the accounting and audit needs of Corporations, NGOs, Governments, and many more in The Gambia and beyond for the past 12 years. He was very instrumental in setting up Change P.S and is currently one of our Partners and an audit professional for a large US CPA firm. He specialises in external audits in accordance with local GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP and ISAs.
Bakary got his start in public accounting in 2008 with Deloitte where he led the audits of some of the largest players in the local market from public enterprises, telecoms to NGOs amongst others. After leaving Deloitte in 2014, he joined KPMG Sierra Leone managing clients in the mining, transportation, construction, and other industries.
His tenacity and eye for excellence saw him crossed continents to join BDO USA, where he was exposed to US GAAP, Federal & State Single Audits and adhoc consulting engagements. He had the great honor of auditing some of Alaska’s biggest school districts, cities and boroughs, tribal entities, not-for-profits and others.
Bakary has helped many clients with their corporate governance framework, internal controls, implementation of new accounting standards, accounting for complex transactions as well as accounting software installation and migration.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer, travelling, spiritual development and spending time with family and friends.
